Is set up and tear down time included in the service hours?
Our set up time is about an hour before your designated event time begins. This is all part of your package so you will not be charged for it.
However, if you require your DJ to set up earlier than an hour prior to your event start time, you may incur an extra fee.

Yes, but whether or not he can, is dependent on availability. DJ Jeff would love to be at all of our events, but for obvious reasons, he is not always able to guarantee it.
Don't forget that we have an amazing team of trusted and talented DJs who will be a great fit for your entertainment! We have every confidence in their abilities, and by the end of your event, you will too!

I've been a full time Wedding DJ for over 20 years and I love my job! But when wedding season slows down, I also host trivia nights and coach wrestling.

We certainly can, but whether you would like your DJ to take song requests at your event is entirely up to you! Our team of professional DJs will respect your decision and can refrain from taking them if you don't want them to.

Our DJs love to entertain and have been known for dance offs, interactive games and all kinds of fun techniques to get the party going.
No stiff DJ just standing by the table here, we work for smiles and stepping out onto the dance floor to encourage guests to participate is a common occurrence.

Since we have to move equipment and have to have multiple set ups, there is an additional fee for doing the ceremony.

Wedding season typically runs from April to November. So, during the "off season", we like to offer special pricing for any events booked between the months of December to March.

Are deposits refundable?
Are deposits refundable?
As per the Service Agreement, deposits are non-refundable. So, if you cancel your event, you will lose your deposit. However, if you need to reschedule under special circumstances, you may be able to apply your deposit towards your reschedule date.
